KEYEAST ENTERTAINMENT

The company engaged in the entertainment industry was founded by Bae Yong Joon under the name Tuneboom Korea Co.,Ltd. in November 1996. It was only registered with KOSDAQ in 2003. One year later it was renamed Auto Wintech Inc.

Not long after, precisely in March 2006 changed its name again to KeyEast Co., Ltd., and used until now. Had worked with JYP Entertainment to form a company called Holyim.

KeyEast Entertainment is expanding the company in Japan and China. In addition, it acquired several companies such as BOF Corp and Digital Adventure Inc.

Namoo Actors is known as an agency that gives birth to newcomer actors and actresses. The company often opens auditions to find people with capable talents. Not only as the artist’s home, they also provide a training ground for trainees.

The line-up of artists who have joined Namoo Actros include Baek Yoon Sik, Han Hye Jin, Jeon Hye Bin, Jo Dong Hyuk, Kim Seo Yeon, and others.

Saram Entertainment was founded by Lee so Young in 2006, located in Yeonnam dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The company specializes in film production and artist management.

Initially, the company named JAEWON promotion Co., Ltd. was established in Busan in 1996. In the past, he was a graphic planning specialist in online and offline marketing known as JAEWON Design.

At the time, the company worked closely for international promotions with Wal-Mart Korea, Busan Film Commission, Ob-Beer Franchise Division, Lotte Hotel, and McDonald’s.

In 2006, Lee so Young, Managing Director of JAEWON Promotion Co., Ltd. recruited Cho Jin Woong to partner saram entertainment as an affiliate. The company is experiencing quite good developments in film and artist management.

In 2016, JAEWON promotion Co., Ltd. was transformed into Saram Entertainment, and became the home of artists Uhm Jung Hwa, Choi so Young, Han Yeri, Lee Ki Hong, Gong Myoung, and many more.

SOOP ENTERTAINMENT

SOOP Entertainment was founded by Kim Jang Kyun on April 11, 2011. Previously, the company worked under Sidus HQ and Network of Asia (N.O.A) Entertainment (Fantagio Entertainment).

In 2018, it emerged that Kakao M will cooperate with BH Entertainment, J Wide Company, SOOP Entertainment, as well as leading advertising model agency Ready Entertainment. The goal is to duplicate the content owned by Kakao.

Last year, SOOP reportedly operated under Kakao M. Artists who joined the agency include Bae Suzy, Choi Woo Shik, Gong Yoo, Nam Ji Hyun, Nam Jo Hyuk, Kim Jae Wook, and many more.

Ryoo Seung Beom, Kim Min Hee, so Ae, and Jung Il Woo have long ended their contracts with SOOP Entertainment.
