Date:

Singer Miley Cyrus is ready to present her latest work following the release of the “Endless Summer Vacation” album, which featured the single “Flowers.” Miley Cyrus released a song titled “Used to Be Young” on August 25th.

Miley Cyrus has been preparing this song for quite some time. It took her two years to craft the lyrics for the song. “I wrote these lyrics almost two years ago at the beginning of my Endless Summer Vacation (ESV),” she revealed on Instagram. “It happened when I felt misunderstood. I spent the last 18 painting sonic pictures from my perspective to share with you,” Miley Cyrus continued.

In conjunction with the release of the song “Used To Be Young,” Miley shared stories and insights from many chapters in her life. She did this through a special TV program called “Endless Summer Vacation: Continued (Backyard Sessions).” This project was broadcast on ABC on Thursday, August 24, 2023, local time, and serves as a continuation of the documentary film “Backyard Sessions” that aired earlier this year.

For Miley cyrus, the song “Used To Be Young” feels very special because it comes right before the 10th anniversary of the “Bangerz” album, which contains a series of hits, including “Wrecking Ball,” “We Can’t Stop,” and “Adore You.” The success of the “Bangerz” album is evident in the three platinum certifications it has received.
