The latest Korean drama titled Sunbae Don’t Put on That Lipstick is scheduled to air in the first half of 2021. The television series directed by Lee Dong Yoon will air on JTBC for 16 episodes. According to some sources, screenwriter Chae Yoon was also involved in the project.

Sunbae Don’t Put on That Lipstick itself is adapted from the web novel of the same name that was once popular in 2017. Presenting a refreshing romance is the reason this drama must be included in the list of spectacles.

Synopsis of Sunbae Drama Don’t Put on That Lipstick

This romantic drama tells the story of Yoon Song Ah, a young woman who works in a cosmetics company. Always eager to do his job as a marketing professional and have dreams of owning his own brand in the future. Behind his sweet attitude, he is a firm dreamer.

On the other hand, a junior marketing man named Chae Hyun Seung secretly likes Yoon Song Ah. However, he received no response because his senior did not want to be in a relationship with a younger man. Whereas this man is almost perfect, has good looks, sexiness, and can make others easily trust him.

Chae Hyun Seung keeps trying to develop relationships with seniors he likes. Will Yoon Song Ah eventually crumble?

1. Won Jin Ah

The sweet-manned actress was born on March 29, 1991 in Cheonan, North Chungcheong, South Korea. She made her acting debut in 2015 with the film The Chosen: Forbidden Cave. In the drama Sunbae Don’t Put on That Lipstick she plays Yoon Song Ah.

Won Jin Ah first got the lead role through Just Between Lovers/Rain or Shine (2017-2018), in addition he briefly starred in the dramas Life (2018) and Melting Me Softly (2019).

He also starred in several films including Catchball (2015), Secondhand, Paul (2015), The Age of Shadows (2016), Bye By Bi (2016), Steel Rain (2017), Money (2017), and Long Live the King (2019).

As a newcomer, Won Jin Ah quickly gained popularity. His acting ability is considered very capable, this is what makes his name in several prestigious award nominations. Three years after her debut, she won the 6th APAN Star Awards 2018: Best New Actress.

The artist, who was born on August 7, 1996, began his career as a member of boy group SF9 which debuted in 2015, two years later he tried his career in the world of role art. She first appeared in the drama School 2017 as a supporting actor.

He shone quite well after his actor debut, his starring dramas include About Time (2018), Where Stars Land (2018), and Find Me in Your Memory (2020). Ro Woon also participated in varety show Law of tha Jungle episodes 305-309.

He won prestigious awards including the 32nd Grimae Awards 2018: Best New Actor, 18th Korea First Brand Awards 2019: Male Idol-Actor Award, and MBC Drama Awards 2019: Best Couple Awards along with Kim Hye Yoon.

3. Lee Hyun Wook

The 35-year-old actor has been interested in the art of the role since he was in junior high school. Initially, Lee Hyun Wook’s parents challenged this, but the grandmother provided support by putting her in an acting academy.

He is an alumnus of Anyang Arts High School and Korea National University of Arts. It’s no surprise that her acting talent feels so good. She appeared in several dramas including Three Days (2014), Only Love (2014), Mrs. Cop 2 (2016), Hell is Other People (2019), and Search (2020).

Early in his career, Lee Hyun Wook more often joined film projects such as The Camel (2008), Thorn Hearted (2010), The Out Boxer (2011), The Target (2014), No Tomorrow (2016), and #Alive (2020).

He won the 10th International Short Film Festival 2012: Face in Shorts Awards and Stagetalk Audience Choice Awards 2016: New Actor Awards.

Famous South Korean model and actress Lee Joo Bin plays Lee Hyo Joo in Sunbae don’t Put on That Lipstick. This beautiful paras woman was born on September 18, 1989 in Gangneung, Gangwon, South Korea.

He has been active in entertainment since 2017, currently under Swag Manahement & Pictures. Lee Joo Bin is a former DSP Entertainment trainee who will debut with girl group Rainbow.

She appeared in SS501’s A Song Calling for You, Mighty Mouth’s Tok Tok feat Soya, Block B’s Yesterday, and Im Chang Jung’s Never Ending.
