Ingredients
  

Bahan Singkong Thailand

  • 800 gram Singkong Kualitas bagus
  • 2 Lembar Daun pandan
  • 1 SDT Vanili bubuk
  • 200 gram Gula pasir putih
  • 1/2 SDT Garam dapur halus
  • 1500 ml Air Putih

Bahan Untuk Saus

  • 500 ml Santan kelapa Pilih yang agak kental
  • 2 Lembar Daun pandan
  • 1 SDM Tepung maizena Larutkan dahulu
  • 1 SDT Garam dapur halus

Bahan Topping

  • santan kelapa secukupnya
  • 1 Balok Keju cheddar Parut halus

Instructions
 

  • Silahkan potong-potong singkong kira-kira sepanjang 5 cm, lalu belah jadi dua, dan jangan lupa seratnya buang
  • Kemudian rebuslah singkong dan daun pandan yang sudah disiapkan, sampai singkong empuk dan berwarna transparan
  • Tambahkan juga vanili bubuk, gula pasir putih, dan sedikit garam, aduk perlahan dan biarkan air menyusut, gunakan api sedang, angkat dan tiriskan

Cara Membuat Saus

  • Siapkan panci untuk merebus santan kelapa, daun pandan, larutan tepung maizena, dan sedikit garam, aduk secara perlahan
  • letupan kecil dan mulai mengental, silahkan rebus lagi kira-kira 2 menitan
  • Saus santai sudah jadi

Notes

Cara Penyajian:
  • Sekarang silahkan susun rapi singkong yang sudah anda rebus dalam piring saji
  • Lalu siram dibagian atasnya dengan saus santan yang sudah jadi, lalu mulai taburi dengan toping keju dan santan kelapa di atasnya
