The size of the calf that is not ideal can be due to the fat deposits on the part or because the calf muscles that have started to loosen. In addition, it is also caused by hereditary factors as well as because of daily activities that are often carried out, thus making calves and thighs muscular and large.
There are many ways to shrink your thighs and calves quickly and safely that you can do at home.
Here are the exercises that can be done to shrink your thighs and calves:
Lie on your back and then both hands on the sides of your body, then tighten your abdominal muscles.
Bend your left leg, while the right leg is raised straight up.
Then make a circular motion on the legs you raised.
Rotate 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise.
Do the same movement for the next leg, you can repeat it 10-15 times.
Stand upright, then open your legs hip-width apart, and position your hands on your hips.
Tighten your abdominal muscles inwards, then bend your knees until the thigh position is parallel to the floor.
Jump and land in the same position.
Repeat the movement 10 – 15 times.
