Monkey D. Luffy, an optimistic young pirate with a dream of finding the One Piece, embarks on a journey to find the loyal crew he needs to explore the vast ocean.

His journey begins when he helps Koby, a sailor forced into slavery, free himself from an unwanted situation. While in Shells Town, Luffy meets Roronoa Zoro, a famous pirate hunter, and Nami, a skilled thief, and the three of them form an alliance.

After successfully stealing the Grand Line map, Luffy, Zoro, and Nami become the target of one of the pirates, Buggy. They are captured and imprisoned on an island occupied by Buggy.

Meanwhile, Koby has joined the Marines and is proving his bravery in front of Garp.

Luffy, Zoro, and Nami fight to infiltrate Kaya’s mansion, now turned into a prison. Usopp seeks help from Koby, Helmeppo, and the Marines to free Kaya from Kuro.

Luffy finally obtains his dream ship, while Garp gets closer to preventing his grandson from becoming a pirate.

Luffy and his group’s abilities are tested as they battle together at sea. They arrive at Baratie, a floating restaurant, and meet Sanji, a young chef who loves gourmet cuisine. The pirates’ duel at the pier surprises Luffy’s group.
