Seeing the global popularity of this game, Supermassive Games has finally returned with the third installment. The announcement for this series can be seen on Bandai Namco Entertainment’s official YouTube channel.

From the trailer shown, the game appears to be set in a vast location called Spiral, which seems barren and distinguishes itself from the previous installments. Low and Alone are the two characters who will take on the main roles in Little Nightmares 3. They are tasked with finding a way out of Nowhere, a place inhabited by numerous dangers and cruelties. Given the large player base that the game has attracted, the developer has introduced an online co-op mode in its latest installment.

Interestingly, the game has received full support through a collaboration with the renowned global publisher, Bandai Namco. While the original developer, Tarsier Studios, was not involved in the development, there is believed to be close communication to strengthen the latest installment.

Little Nightmares 3 is reportedly going to be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam). Meanwhile, the game is expected to be released in the year 2024.
