Coronation of King Charles III, 100 World Leaders Gather in London

The coronation of King Charles III will take place today, Saturday (6/5/2023) at Westmister Abby Historical Church, London at 11.00 British time.

The coronation of King Charles III as the new king of England is to replace his mother, Queen Elizabeth, who died in September 2022.

There are reportedly 2,300 invited guests, including 100 world leaders who will attend the coronation of King Charles III.

World leaders who will attend include US First Lady Jill Biden, Ukrainian First Lady Olena Zelenska, Prince Albert and Princess Charlene of Monaco, and King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain.

Also present were King Philippe of Belgium and Queen Mathilde, King of Sweden Carl XVI Gustaf and Crown Princess Victoria, as well as King Willem Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands.

Then, Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hammad al-Thani as well as RajaJigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Queen Jetsun Pema of Butan, as well as other world leaders.

In addition to the coronation ceremony of King Charles III, his wife, Camilia will also be crowned Queen of England.

The coronation procession will later be enlivened by the appearance of a parade of seven thousand troops with 19 military bands.
